New Chat Box Thing

We definitely need a new one, and one that is at the TOP of the page rather than at the bottom.
Preferably one that auto-logs-you-in and doesn't auto-log-you-out.

Ah ok, I've been in a couple forum communities like this'n and the chat box was a big thing. it's hardly used here and I'd like to see that fixed :L

Yeah. I still got my fingers crossed that Desolator will get DGC a domain, or that someone else provides it, so that we can set things up there. I already own a domain, the home to another community. I wouldn't mind buying one for DGC.
