Alright, we all know their is an overpop of people as operators and admins but i just have a suggestion...
If you take the part of the forum and make it so members can post an APP that gets redirected to a part of the forum that is only viewable by admins/superadmins/owners then there they go through a trial period of where the admins either approve of disapprove of the person. It would be alot easier and would cut down the ops.
Just an idea.
also, you should weed out the bad ops/badmins. i know your prob working on it but im just mentioning it.
