New Application Subheading

Okay, I think we should add a sub heading on the application layout that includes your history on the server. This subheading would include any slays, kicks, or bans you have been given, and the time for each. This could also include your reputation on the server, which we could judge by the amount of support the player gets on his or her application. Just an idea, but I think it would be a good thing to add.
