Sub-forums and Categories
Seeing as these forums are mainly used for Operator applications, I think it would be nice to attract people to the website for purposes other than applying for the positions. This would include re-organizing the sub-forums, as well as the other categories that are currently set up. The forums need more divisions for different kinds of threads, need to have the "Off-Topic" (a.k.a. General Discussion) moved further up, and need to be changed, in terms of the posting. (By the posting, I mean that when you post in a sub-forum, of a sub-forum, of a sub-forum, your name is spammed over all 3 categories. It's kind of pointless.)
If more people came to the forums, this would become a much better place for the community to develop and evolve.

Re: Sub-forums and Categories
Yeah seeing as the Applications forum is the most active of all, I previously was considering to reapply for OP, but I won't anymore since there's countless people getting promoted and chances of me getting are super slim. Other than that OP apps should stop for now and this forum should concentrate on making more uses for itself rather that subject mainly. I've noticed that that is the only reason people have signed up for the forums, just to have a chance at getting Operator status. It seems as if people only do it to get more popular from within the server.
I love just being VIP, it I don't mind anything else other than that.

This will be more of a work in progress, so I'll post suggestions to maybe provoke some ideas.
In this post, I will expand on my idea of subforums, or a part of it - rather.
This is only an example. Basically, instead of having this:
The subforums should be modified to look like so:
And when you physically went to the "Media" subforums, to go with my example, it would appear like this:

Re: Sub-forums and Categories
Sweet, so I basically modified the forums, and adjusted them to better suit the community (in my opinion, at least ;P).
The only thing I didn't do was change the theme, but that's because I was afraid that I'd screw something over, so I'm leaving it up to Desolator, Sneekers, and Ludicium.
Thank you guys for granting me access to the ACP to work on the forums

Re: Sub-forums and Categories
In the introductions thread there should be a sticky template for people to use. Just food for thought.
EDIT: Also there should be, in the section for ban reports, a bullet for Proof of actions. Food for thought again :L

Yeah, I've been having some difficulties finding the "Sticky" options, as I am new to the ACP systems that forummotion uses. I have been working with the phpBB ACP for a year, so I've grown quite used, and quite experienced with them. As for the introduction template suggestion - it doesn't really need one, as players and member on the forums can express themselves and give their introduction in any way they like I'll see what I can do about the whole "Sticky" thread thing once I get back to modifying the forums.
