Mitch the frog

Okay, where to start. This operator just does not use proper methods to justify players on the server. He constantly acts impulsive, and barely ever looks into things for proper clues and usually bases him slay/kick/ban off of whoever asked him or told him about it first. He has gotten better recently, but still does not use his operator abilities for the better cause. I don't even think that he has to be demoted, I just think he needs to take a better look at how he uses his abilities.

Edit number one: He abusively gags people of young age.
Edit number two: He always slays all at the end of the round even after being told not to.

Well, Headcrab pretty much summed it up. Abuse. I think he should just be made vip again.
Edit: After a day of observation, i can add: Slays for complete bullshit reasons

I actually support Headcrab on this. the frog / mitch; in my opinion, should be demoted. No hard feelings mate, but I've talked to a few others about it. When admins mute/gag people, it's not for the lolz. It's because people are spamming, annoying other players and other things. the frog / mitch, has a habit of unmuting and ungaging players, including himself, ecspecially when admins (such as Fister) make announcements. I'm not trying to get on anyones bad side. This is just what I see. It's also not my decision.

To give my honest input on this, he should be, along with around 75% of the current operators for the same reasons.

I'm going to re-bump this, but for different reasons.

Seemingly, everytime he logs onto the server, he goes out of his way to disrespect the administration staff. Not in a light, one time joke. He literally goes out of this way to disrespect us.

If you see Mitch do this again, show no mercy. I don't care if it's a joke, just do what is needed.

I don't think it's neccisary to bring this topic back up.
But as long as you can always know the fact that Mitch is joking and being sarcastic, he is a fun guy to play with.
I mean, he is ALWAYS nagging at me for being a brony, but that doesn't matter because I know he is joking and I kinda just give it a laugh myself.

And what I like to see in people, is what me and Headcrab have right now.

I love him to death, but he knows I'm superior to him in every way, shape, and form.
Except the ability to love bad sports.
He loves Hockey.
