Applications start again next month!

All Operators from the month of April can apply for admin.
And all previously rejected applications (whether it said rejected or not) can re-apply.
Take into consideration: THAT AVALANCHE NOR I WILL KNOW YOU! We're looking at these applications as if you are a total stranger. Act as such or you WILL be denied, no questions asked.
Oh! This will start tomorrow at around 4:00 PM EST, FYI.
