Had some people asking me about this earlier.

If you ask someone why they're hurt and they refuse to tell them YOU CAN NOT KILL THEM. You are only allowed to mark them as suspect. Killing someone for not telling you why they are hurt is RDM and shall be considered RDM. Someone being hurt and not talking is not sustainable proof for a kill.

That is my word. It shall be like that. To hold this rule firm, I would like a higher up to approve such and add it to the existing rules. If there is any question about this rule, please ask me.

This happened to me a few times. Some dude is shouting "WHY YA HURT"

I explain, calmly, that I was busy killing innocents, and one of them managed to shoot me in the foot with a deagle.

Okay I might have deserved that death, but you still shouldn't kill people for not explaining.

I warned him twice to get in the tester or die and I didnt need to even warn him more than once. I was being generous until he out right said "No" and ran off.

EDIT: This issue has already been solved with Broseidon last night. He didn't know detectives can force people to get tested. And apparently neither did Surrah or Testicles. There is no need to discuss this any longer. Next time you get on my ass about rules, why don't you read them first.
